Twilight -the teen romance Vampire flick. The latest incarnation to romanticise the undead. Very popular with teenagers, and ladies, Twilight is a tad morbid and would nevertheless provide interesting opportunities for a rather freaky birthday party.

Invitations for a Twilight themed party should be in the same colors as the series. Gloomy, dreary. And photos used should have a suitably angst ridden expression on a pallid pale face. 

Party decorations for a Twilight themed party are going to be fun. Loads of spiderwebs, clouds, some dry ice mist would be great. Of course, the party should be held at night, in dim lighting, where everyone can be suitably unhappy and indecisive and living with the consequences of past bad decisions made when poorly informed.

If a sad sad violin could be heard playing from time to time that would be good, but if not some suspenseful music that never seems to reach a crescendo or climax, just winds you up. Hang on, was that G rated?
