Last night, the 2011 Grammy’s aired on global. As expected, a host of spectacular performances were quite entertaining. My two favourites of course were the always lovely Katy Perry (photos below) and of course the queen of performance herself, Lady Gaga.

Because walking on stage is far too ordinary, Gaga began the show by emerging from a giant opaque egg carried in by several servent-esque looking backups. Her act premiered her brand new single “Born This Way”, which although many claim is a Madonna’s “Express Yourself” copy, I happen to be loving!
